Kingwaytek's digital maps are constructed based on 1/5000 orthophoto base map (mountain area 1/10000) from Aerial Survey Office, geographic information, satellite image, aerial photogrammetry, and field drive test survey. Using TM-2 degree coordinate vector map, Kingwaytek's digital maps contain entire Taiwan and off-shore islands (except Kinmen and Matsu), such as Penghu, Green Island, and Lanyu Island. Moreover, the maps are structured by layers (total 31 layers) according to their types (point, line, and polygon) and application demands.

The existing modular products have different scales (1/5000, 25000, and 1/10000) which can support clients' various applications. Furthermore, each scale's streets, blocks, images, and contents can be precisely overlapped. Kingwaytek's digital map products provide many common formats for clients to select, such as ESRI-SHP, MapInfo-TAB, Autodesk-DWG, TWD67, TWD97, and WGS84.

Besides providing different scales of products, Kingwaytek provides more. For instance, population database, S-57 nautical map, address geocoding database, and POI database. In the meantime, for the purpose of extending digital maps' mass applications, Kingwaytek produces customized products according to each client's different requirements and thus offer the clients well-rounded value-added services. Having complete and rich digital map database, Kingwaytek provides the clients omni bearing information and solutions and extends digital map's applications into more areas.
