Kingwaytek is not involved in such relationships and does not maintain any partnership, dealership, or similar affiliation with said third parties.In the event of any dispute arising from the use of Third-Party Services, it shall be resolved between the user and the third party. The user agrees not to make any claims or demands against KingwayTek in relation to such disputes.
2. When you are logging in from an external account, you can log in to Localking Membership through that account after opening an external account. In order to ensure your privacy and security, the system will not actively record your account password when you log in from an external account.
3. You must properly set up, maintain, and secure your account and password, including, but not limited to, timely logout procedures at the end of your use of the Site. If you disclose your personal information or member password and allow a third party to use it, you will be fully responsible for the third party's behavior.
4. You agree to abide by the following:
   1. If you find that your account or password has been unauthorized or you encounter any other security problems, please notify the customer service 02-23630582 immediately so that Kingwaytek can take countermeasures as soon as possible, but this does not mean that Kingwaytek has any obligation to compensate you, either expressly or impliedly.
   2. Please make sure to close your account at the end of each connection. Please remember to log out of your account; if you want to leave your computer temporarily, please remember to close the computer window to avoid personal information leakage.

The so-called theme refers to the travel-related information, services/meals/displays/landscapes of the stores or attractions in the Localking Life Secretary, but does not include the activities held in the stores or attractions. The content of the event (including but not limited to the progress of the event, the scene of the event, the event model, etc.) is regarded as unrelated to the theme.    4. Other circumstances to protect the rights, property or safety of Localking related services, users and the public.

The software or program used for Localking related services and all contents on the website, including but not limited to copyrights, pictures, files, information, data, website structure, website screen arrangement, website design, etc., are owned by Localking itself or other right holders in accordance with the law.
2. The aforementioned intellectual property rights include, but are not limited to, trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and proprietary technology. No one may use, exploit, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, rent, publicly transmit, publicly post, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software without prior consent.

1. Please do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others in the suggestions provided.
2. Localking is not obliged to fulfill the suggestions made by each user/member.
3. Localking is not obliged to keep each suggestion confidential.
4. Localking may be developing or considering the development of similar goods or services at the same time as the user/member makes a suggestion.
5. For all suggestions made by users/members, Localking has the absolute right to use such suggestions in the products or services.
6. Localking does not provide any compensation to all users/members for their suggestions

 

XIX. Denial or Termination of Your Use

1. For legitimate reasons, Localking has the right to decide whether or not to terminate a user's password, account, or use of the Service, and to remove or delete the information you have provided to Localking at its sole discretion.
2. For legitimate reasons,Localking has the right to immediately close or delete your account and all related information and files in your account, and stop the use of the Service.

2. These Terms of Service shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China, whether or not you are located within the jurisdiction of the Republic of China.
3. In the event of a dispute, you agree that the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first jurisdiction.
